About Sam:

A life-long resident of Athens, Georgia, Samuel E. Thomas is a 2010 graduate of the University of Georgia with a B.A. in Political Science. He is also a 2012 graduate of the University of Alabama School of Law in Tuscaloosa.

He was admitted to the practice of law in June of 2013. Samuel E. Thomas is a fourth generation small business owner in the Athens, Georgia area. He is admitted to all State and Superior Courts throughout the state of Georgia along with the Georgia Court of Appeals and Supreme Court of Georgia. The Law Office of Samuel E. Alfred Edward Fargione — Divorce Lawyer

About Al Fargione:

Al Fargione is an experienced civil and criminal litigator, having represented clients in high stakes civil and criminal litigation in State, Superior, and Federal Courts across Georgia. Mr. Fargione’s experience includes successfully proving an Uber driver’s innocence after the said driver was accused of sexually assaulting one of his fares and recovering insurance policy limits for those injured in automobile accidents.

Mr. Fargione received his Bachelor’s Degree from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute in Troy, NY; his J.D. from New England Law | Boston, where he was the Symposium Editor on the New England Law Review; and his LL.M. in Tax Law and Estate Planning from the Boston University School of Law. Mr. Fargione is admitted to practice in Georgia and Massachusetts, the Middle District of Georgia and the 11th Circuit Court of Appeals.

Karina Mason — Executive Assistant

When you contact Thomas and Fargione Law, Karina will more than likely be one of your first points of contact. She is the firm’s Legal Executive Assistant, and she will make sure your questions are answered and your needs are taken care of as quickly as possible with her caring and compassionate Nature

Karina is originally from Victoria, Australia. After Graduating high school Karina worked in the banking and finance sector where she gained valuable experience in Customer Service and was promoted to the National Contact Centre Manager, Karina was accepted into La Trobe University, as a mature age student and completed her Bachelor Of Business (Financial Planning) and Later her Advanced Diploma of Accounting. As a Mom of 6 Children, Karina loves to spend time with her husband and Children in her spare time. She enjoys Dancing, Netball, reading, going for long walks, Bellringing, and watching Netflix. Karina is very excited to be part of The Thomas and Fargione Law Firm’s team and will be here to help you whenever you need it.
